Most recently I published a photo documentary book on the Cape Town New Year's Carnival, "One Love, Ghoema Beat." It's available in South Africa from Random House Struik and in the United States from the University of Virginia Press. I'm currently writing a book about the great American photographer Gordon Parks. Other projects include "Democracy of Speed," a photo documentary on the culture of motor sports in the US, especially drag racing. My photos appear in music and motor sports magazines and on CD covers.
