I've just posted some of my favorite photos from a recent trip to the Bonneville Salt Flats on my racing blog. The strange beauty of the landscape moved me more powerfully than any place I've experienced in a long, long time. Despite the hundreds of cars and thousands of people on hand, the vastness of the Salt Flats and the miles of empty space almost overwhelmed me. I tried to capture that feeling in my photos.
